Welcome to The Sports Tribe. By accessing our website or booking a slot through our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. About The Sports Tribe

The Sports Tribe is a sports community booking platform that connects players with recreational sports events across India including Hyderabad, Chennai, Bengaluru, and Vijayawada. We organise football, cricket, basketball, badminton, volleyball, and other sports events.

2. Booking & Payment

  • Your slot is confirmed only after successful payment.
  • All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes.
  • Payments are processed securely via Razorpay.
  • You will receive a booking confirmation via WhatsApp after payment.
  • Each booking is for the number of players specified at checkout.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Slot confirmed only after successful payment.
  • Cancellation more than 6 hours before game time — 100% refund
  • Cancellation 3–6 hours before game time — 50% refund
  • Cancellation 1–3 hours before game time — 25% refund
  • Cancellation under 1 hour before game time — No refund
  • Waitlist slots — 100% refund if cancelled before promotion to main list. Once promoted, standard cancellation tiers apply.
  • If the game is cancelled by The Sports Tribe (due to bad weather, low players, etc.) — full refund within 3–5 working days.
  • No-Show: No refund will be issued for players who do not show up.

4. Player Conduct

  • Players must arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled game time.
  • Appropriate sportswear and footwear must be worn.
  • Aggressive behaviour, abuse, or misconduct will result in immediate removal without refund.
  • Players participate at their own risk. The Sports Tribe is not liable for injuries sustained during games.
  • Players are responsible for their personal belongings at all times.

5. Health & Safety

  • Players with medical conditions should consult a doctor before participating.
  • By booking a slot, you confirm that you are physically fit to participate.
  • The Sports Tribe reserves the right to deny participation to any player deemed unfit or unwell.

6. Account & Login

  • Your account is tied to your mobile number. Keep your OTPs confidential.
  • You are responsible for all bookings made through your account.
  • We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on The Sports Tribe platform including logos, graphics, and text is the property of The Sports Tribe and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Sports Tribe is not liable for:

  • Injuries or accidents during games
  • Loss or theft of personal belongings
  • Game cancellations due to weather, venue issues, or force majeure
  • Technical issues beyond our reasonable control

9. Venue Rules

Players must comply with the rules and regulations of the venue where the game is held, in addition to The Sports Tribe’s terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
