- Payment Information — processed securely by Razorpay. We do not store your card or UPI details.

- To confirm and manage your game bookings
- To send OTP for secure login
- To notify you about game updates, cancellations, or changes via WhatsApp
- To process payments and issue refunds where applicable
- To improve our platform and services
3. WhatsApp & SMS Communications
By registering on our platform, you consent to receiving WhatsApp messages and SMS from The Sports Tribe regarding your bookings, OTP authentication, and game updates. You can opt out at any time by contacting us.
4. Payment Processing
All payments are processed by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway licensed by the Reserve Bank of India. We do not store any payment card or banking information on our servers.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We may share your information with:
- Razorpay — for payment processing
- MSG91 — for OTP delivery via WhatsApp and SMS
- Venue partners — only your name and the number of players booked
6. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, hashed OTP storage, and secure authentication. Your OTPs are hashed and expire within 10 minutes.
7. Data Retention
We retain your booking history as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and data by contacting us at any time.
8. Cookies
We use only essential cookies required for login sessions. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
9. Children’s Privacy
Our platform is intended for users aged 16 and above. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.
